Who runs the CRAP website?I see you say it was started in Hay on Wye. Do you own a business that relies on customers being able to "pop in" and do their shopping, but can't because of all these poor people you keep defending who have received PCNs for leaving their vehicles in limited time spaces? A lot of these PCNs having been issued to shop owners and town centre residents who have forgot to "shuffle" their car to the next 1 hour parking spot outside someone else's shop! Would you think of overstaying a time zone ,or park on double yellow lines in Cardiff, and then "bleat" on about it on this website when you get a PCN?
The streets in Hay aren't wide enough for parking everywhere,so if you choose to own a town centre house,or business, buy a permit for the car park and leave the "free parking" for shoppers.
